Welcome to Kirsty Pratt Integrative Therapy — a confidential, supportive space shaped by your needs. I offer integrative therapy both online and in person for adults experiencing anxiety, low confidence, family difficulties, and life transitions. I provide a calm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, make sense of your experiences, and begin to move forward with greater clarity. We move at a pace that feels right for you, supporting you to build self-understanding, confidence, and emotional resilience.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to work in a holistic and personalised way. I offer a collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, thoughts and feelings in a way that feels supportive and tailored to your individual needs. My core approach is person-centred, with the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work. I am committed to offering a safe, warm, empathic, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Psychology and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. My passion lies in mental health and wellbeing, and I am committed to helping others make meaningful, positive changes in their lives. My experience working in a corporate environment enabled me to recognise the importance of mental health and achieving balance in life. Through my volunteer work with South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust, I have developed a deeper understanding of the value of compassion and empathy in helping others feel heard, respected, and validated. I am a BACP-registered integrative therapist, trained in person-centred and psychodynamic approaches.
