A calm, confidential space for reflection and growth. I offer tailored support for individuals navigating life's challenges, drawing from a blend of therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are.

I adopt an integrative approach with my clients drawing on multiple theories to create a holistic and personalised way of working. I aim to meet each client where they are, exploring their experiences, thoughts, and feelings in a way that supports their unique needs. My way of working is primarily non-directive and Person-Centred with an emphasis on the client-therapist connection as the focal point of the therapeutic journey. This reflects my belief in the value of providing clients with a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and empathic environment.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Psychology and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. My passion lies in mental health and wellbeing, and I am driven to help others and support them in making meaningful positive changes. The experience I gained during my career in corporate enabled me to recognise and understand the importance of mental health and finding balance in life. Through my volunteer work at South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust, I have gained a valuable understanding of the importance of compassion and empathy in helping others feel heard, respected, and validated.
