Welcome to Kirsty Pratt Integrative Therapy — a safe, confidential space shaped by your needs. Together, we create an environment where you can explore your experiences without judgement, reflect on what feels important, and move toward deeper understanding and wellbeing. I work with adults who may be navigating anxiety, self-esteem or self-worth challenges, family issues, and life transitions. In our work together, you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns in a safe, supportive, empathetic environment, building confidence, self-understanding, and emotional resilience at a pace that feels right for you.

I draw on a range of therapeutic theories to offer a holistic and personalized approach to each client. I work collaboratively to explore your experiences, thoughts, and feelings in a way that meets your unique needs. My approach is Person-Centred, placing the client-therapist relationship at the heart of the therapeutic journey. I am committed to creating a safe, warm, empathic, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Psychology and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. My passion lies in mental health and wellbeing, and I am driven to help others and support them in making meaningful positive changes. The experience I gained during my career in a corporate environment enabled me to recognise and understand the importance of mental health and finding balance in life. Through my volunteer work at South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust, I have gained a valuable understanding of the importance of compassion and empathy in helping others feel heard, respected, and validated.
